Agdangan holds REAP
AGDANGAN- “Go and make disciples of all nations! (Mt. 28:19)” was the theme of the Diocesan REAP (Recollection, Evaluation, Analysis and Planning) which was held by the Diocesan Youth Commission at the St. Isidore the Farmer Parish in Agdangan, Quezon last October 19, 2013.
The event was participated by the Parish Youth Committee Major Officers and Youth Ministers from the different parishes of the diocese.
This yearly event includes the following activities: recollection, evaluation of the activities held the past year, analysis, and planning of the future activities, celebration of the Holy Eucharist, sharing, and socialization. All these aim at the formation of the young leaders of the Church.
The evaluation of the past activities and planning of the future ones were supervised by the officers of the Diocesan Youth Commission.
They planned well for the activities ahead, as well as for the ongoing formations and programs for the youth.
Fr. Richmond Gerard Amado, the new assistant director of DYC, was the guest speaker in the recollection.
The whole event was under the supervision of the officers of the Diocesan Youth Commission with Darius Pastrana, being its Chairman, Michael Verastigue, the DYC Coordinator, with the cooperation of the Parish of St. Isidore the Farmer as its host led by Fr. Romel Limbo, the parish priest, and his team of youth in the parish.
Fr. Everett Calvendra acts as the director of DYC, and Fr. Amado, as its assistant director. (Vilma Napao)
